G'day this is Damian,

My working life has taken many twists and turns. I spent large part of my life in the printing industry, on the floor and in management . 

I travelled the world as a younger man living in Spain, Turkey, England and eventually settling, for almost a decade, working and living in Ghana ,West Africa. 

I can pretty much identify around this time in Ghana as when my ideals for life began changing. I remember fun times ,like starting the “Bah’doosh Victory Football Club”.... LOL, now we are certainly not talking Manchester United here, but, this football club was put together raising funding from Australian companies to provide young people from the smaller towns and outer lying city areas of Accra a chance to be part of something they loved and that was theirs. 

Sounds cheesy, but it's these experiences that have shaped my path since. Still to this day those memories are among my favourites and the main reason I think the way I do now.. 

I’m 45 years young, a Dad and spend my family time fishing, camping and coaching kid’s sport. 

Over the last 5 years I went back to studying and completed a Diploma in Child, Youth and Family intervention with the focus on helping youth and First Nations people……and I love what I do.

 I'm enjoying the way life has turned out.

Genuine Outcomes has grown organically between Carla and myself. 

Sure ,we're a little bit out there... 

But, we are great team with big ideas.

Putting the" less fortunate" first. 

There is absolutely no doubt that we can achieve
